Focus Story: Enhancing wildlife crime responses in West and Central Africa
A total of 163 law enforcement professionals were trained by ICCWC as part of its work in West and Central Africa. ICCWC delivered targeted capacity-building activities and support at national and regional level to combat wildlife crime. ICCWC’s work in the sub-regions were guided by a threat assessment and CITES CoP19 decisions.
